During my time as the Program Director for a wellness program designed for combat veterans and their support persons, I found my true passion in exploring wellness and bringing wellness to others. After three and a half years in that role I wanted to explore other ways in which I could bring wellness to others while gaining full autonomy over my life. When I found myself enrolled in massage school (Peachtree City School of Massage), I realized that I found my calling, and I have loved every minute of it!

Meditation has been a very big part of my personal growth experience, and I try to bring that to my clients. By being intentional about staying in the moment and focusing your mind on your breath and your body, massage becomes a meditative experience for both the client and the practitioner. My focus is not simply putting your muscles at ease, my goal is to bring a full mind-body relaxation experience to every client. And the best part is that it’s all in the comfort of your own home or business!
